- If you receive any snack item that is spoiled, stale, or damaged in transit, or if the product is past its expiration date, you are eligible for a return. 

- If the weight of the product you received is less than what is mentioned on the packaging, you may return the product for a refund or replacement.

- Please contact our customer support team within **24 hours** of receiving the product with details of the issue. You can reach us via the Help Center or through our contact details in the app.

- Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for the pickup of the product, if necessary.

  

**Refund Process**:  

- Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.

- In case of weight discrepancies, a refund or replacement of the product will be provided.
